AL KABSA

Al Kabsa is an ancient Arabic food passed down from one generation to another. It is a delicacy in Suadi Arabia. The recipes of Al Kabsa are recipes found on the Arabian peninsula.
RECIPES:
1 kg of Chicken
500 grams of Basmati Rice
2 dried limes
250 grams tomatoes
50 grams of Garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tbsp fresh coriander
50 ml olive oil
2 tbsp Kabsa spice mix
AS FOR THE SAUCE:
250 g fresh tomatoes
100 g fresh mint
5 g salt
50g green chilli peppers
PROCEDURES:
first of all, Slice the onions, tomatoes, and coriander into wedges. Heat the oil Caserole 3 to 5 minutes.
Second Step, add the Rice, the saute and everything into the Caserole. Add a little water for the rice and heat for 10 minutes.
Third Step, mix the sultanas and almonds leave them for 10 minutes.
Fourth Step, Accompnying the sauce and adding it to the Rice mix. Serve the Kabsa with the Tomato Sauce and flatnbreads.
