The 3rd Philippine Democratic Government-China Bilateral Talk about the South China Sea Issue occured in Beijing.

The Philippine Democratic Government had sent delegates to talk with the Chinese Government over the South China Sea Issues. The BCM (Bilateral Consultation Meeting) had occured last 18th of October 2018.
