US Ambassador Sung Kim visited and congratulated Arroyo as the New Democratic House Speaker in the Democratic Congress. It was an obvious US Intervention into the Philippine Democratic Government Affairs. 

Gloria Arroyo is one of the Democratic Officials who had the worst Colonial Mentality. 

She was visited and Congratulated by US Ambassador Sung Kim of the US Embassy. An Official sent by Washington.
