SILVESTRE BELLO III OBVIOUS GUILTY OVER DOLE MONEY SCHEMING

Silvestre Bello III a Known Room mate of Mr Duterte during his college Days is obviously guilty of money scheming inside Democratic DOLE (Department of Labour and Employment).

The Giving of 1 ID System for OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) should be free but instead charged each OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) P790 Each card meaning he is earning from it along with the Democratic Agency.

It was given and donated for free but instead used it for profiteering inside the Democratic Government Agency. He had the thick face of running for the Democratic Ombudsman Position despite his Corrupt ways.

He is also currently involved on another Scandal inside the Democratic Agency.
