PTV 4 PHOTOSHOPS CHINESE NAVAL SHIP TO PHILIPPINE FLAG

Another Shameful act was made by PTV 4 A Democratic Government owned Media wherein they Photoshop an actual Chinese PLA Naval Ship on South China Sea and replaced it with the Philippine Democratic Flag.

This was caught and divulged by the democratic DOD (Department of Defense) and accuses PTV 4 as Spreading Fake news. PTV 4 Spreaeding that it was assumed a Philippine Democratic Navy Ship patrolling South China Sea.

The source was Max Defense.
