DEMOCRATIC SOLDIER ASSASSINATED IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

A Democratic Soldier with a Junior Officer Rank was killed and assassinated by NPA (New People's Army) in Negros Occidental. 

The Democratic Soldier was at the rank of Captain and was slained and assassinated by the NPA (New People's army). He was active on Anti Revolutionary movement and was one of the most corrupt Democratic Officers. 

He threatened people if they symphatize with the NPA (New People's Army) they would raid their houses and loot it. He was also known for sleeping with women and raping they find interesting in nearby towns.
