THIEF AND DRUG ADDICT SACKED

A Thief and also a drug addict was sacked in a Rice Sack and then dumped beside a street in Bulacan. Bulacan is one of the Dens of these Criminals before Duterte becomes President.

He was sacked and placed in sack and then found with a bullet on his head. The Dead Suspect is a riding in tandem suspect during the Democratic Administration of Noynoy and robbed different victims Bulacan and Quezon City, 

He was finally taken down.
