FVR ACCEPTS BEING SPECIAL ENVOY TO CHINA

FVR (Fidel V Ramos) Former Democratic President accepted the offer of the current Democratic President Duterte for being a Special envoy to China. He will be leading a team to China over South China Sea Issue.

FVR at first denied and tries to see if his health is able to allow him to travel to China but later still accepted for the task. He will be speaking with CPC (Communist Party of China) representative Wang Yi.
