AREAS IN 11 PROVINCES IN SOUTHERN CHINA SANK BENEATH 7 FEET OF WATER

11 Provinces had been badly affected by the Rains and sank with a flood as deep as 7 feet. Streets now turned to River banks. The Chinese Government had already sent the Armed Police to make rescue efforts. 

128 People had already died from the floods and heavy rains. The Provinces had been suffering from streets unpassable to collapse Bridges.
