ANOTHER THIEF IN CALOOCAN SHOT DEAD BY RIDING IN TANDEM

Another thief and robber was shot point blank in Caloocan City by Riding in Tandem known to be vigilantes. The Thief was a notorious robber in Caloocan and stole many by bringing guns, and knife, and others. 

The thief was waiting for his another victim on an bench when a riding in tandem came along and shot him point blank. Killing him instantly.
