ANOTHER SNATCHER KILLED AND SALVAGED IN EDSA

Vigilantes Once again kills another Known notorious Snatchers in EDSA who had victimized and raped some of their Victims. He was slid in Carton and Packaging tape. 

He had a placard stating "Huwag ako Tularan, Magnanakaw at Snatcher Ako." He was just dumped in the side island in EDSA when Democratic SOCO arrived, it was already decaying. Thus causing a bad smell in EDSA.
