Another Salvaged Criminal and Notorious Robber in Cubao Quezon City was dumped. Quezon City is one of the Most Notorious Places in NCR (National Capital Region).

Cubao is one of the hot spots of Snatching, robberies, and one of the most desired places of doing these Crimes because of the malls around there. Many of the unsuspecting Shoppers are being victimized.
