2 COUNCILORS REFUSED TO TAKE DRUG TESTS

2 Councilors refused to take the surprised drug tests and showing they are on drugs and under the influence of it. They had been shouting against their human rights however Filipinos condemened them. 

Many of the Filipinos and colleagues had pointed them to have interaction and transactions with Drug Syndicates and Criminal Syndicates. For many years they had been using it. Joselito Quinto and the other was the 2 councilors. 

2 Democratic Councilors are working in Mangaldan, Pangasinan City Hall.
