DEMOCRATIC POLICE CO ABUSES HIS OWN DEMOCRATIC POLICEMEN IN NEGROS

Democratic Police CO (Commanding Officer) had used his own Democratic Police Officer as target however hit him instead. This is an arrogant stance of COs (Commanding Officer) under the "Bata System". 

He was first relieved and returned to post. This is obvious an anomaly under the leaving Democratic President Noynoy Administration. HUndreds and Thousands had complained over his return to posts.
