LEVISTE FACES MALVERSATION CHARGES

Democratic Ombudsman Carpio charges Jose Antonio Leviste who is also the former chief of Democratic PRA (Philippine Retirement Authority) over Stealing from the Filipino People.

PRA (PHilippine Retirement Authority) Financial and Planning Chief Philip John Moreno was also one of the People who have this charges along with Leviste. Leviste served as Democratic PRA Chief from 2001 to 2005.

This is an obvious reason why Philippines had the worst Justice System in the World followed from Brazil. The Case of Leviste is already 10 years to 11 years. Yet still in the status of being only Charged and not given the guilty verdict. There are more thousands of cases involving others who are not tried and punished.
