The Incoming Democratic President Duterte had plans of reliving Death Penalty however there are numerous problems facing on the revival of the Death Penalty this includes Scalawags and Corrupt Officials who had been involved on the numerous foolishness. 

Death Penalty is still currently on study while his other Policies are immediately implemented and Followed by his Political Party members and the Filipino People.
