US Defense Chief denies placing Missile System in South Korea targeting China but it aims for North Korea. However its all the Same area of Effect for the Missile System.

US Defense Chief however denial they make it is obviously what they are up to and who they are targeting in the Korean Peninsula. No matter what words and terminology US government use the objective is very obvious.
