Mar Roxas is once again tagged and linked to the foolishness done by the Democratic LP (Liberal Party) thus saying if they clap their hands they will receive an envelop.

However the Democratic LP (LIberal party) denies to death and once again said To investigate the obvious alibi used by the Philippine Democratic Government to do nothing and just say it. No one will be charged and punished for it.
