MERALCO CHEATS FILIPINOS

Meralco cheats Filipino Consumers by adding the TRO (Temporary restraining Order) expenses to the February Bill. Another foul actions done by the greed and collaboration of Meralco with ERC (Energy Regulatory Commerce) and DOE (Department of Energy). 

If it wasnt told to the media ERC (Energy Regulatory Board) and DOE  (Department of Energy) could have earned another set of profit from the Collaboration with Meralco. It is very impossible that the 2 Demcoratic Agency could not have known of it. 

Meralco once again tried to find ways to cheat the Filipinos and take their money. But later Meralco said just pay the amount due not the total amount due.
