COLONEL KAKILALA LIED AND SLAMMED

Colonel Joselito Kakilala and Super Intendent Aarne Oliquiano was slammed after the charges to Bryan Gallega was dismissed by the Philippine Court of Appeals in Sorsogon. Sorsogon City Democratic State Prosecutor Alma Zacarias dismissed the charges in the 19th of February in Sorsogon.

Democratic State Prosecutor Zacarias said the arrest for Bryan Gallega was illegal. His Cousin was killed by the Policemen in the checkpoint.
