CPP: FIGHT MILITARIZATION OF PALAWAN

Communist Party of the Philippines said it will do some actions to stop the militarization of Palawan Province. The movement of the SOMO (Suspension of Military Operations) and SOPO (Suspension of Police Operations) to continue the operations against NPA (New People's Army) in San Vicente Palawan.

Choppers continuous to fly around Barangay Port Barton and Barangay Caruray. Choppers patrol accompanied by Motorized boat around an Island inclusive in the Mlitary Operation.

Around 300 elements of Philippine Marines are deployed by the Western Command AFP (armed Forces of the Philippines).
