STUDENT ROBBED AND SHOT BY ROBBERS IN RECTO

A Student of CEU (Centro Escolar University) was shot dead while using her cellphone in Recto Avenue. The Student was putting out and using her smart phone in the PUV ( Public Utility Vehicle) when 3 robbers rode the jeep and shot her dead.

The Student was left unassisted by the people around her and people just left her dead until police came an hour later.
