HAO PENG AS QING HAI GOVERNOR

The CPC (Communist party of China) appointed Hao Peng as the new governor of Qing Hai Province. The Chinese Government said they appointed him as governor because of his experience in governance and in politics.

He had served the CPC (Communist Party of China) for decades now and formerly as a small official in a small town in Chinese province of Qing Hai. He was promoted to City Councilor after a few decades more.
