Germany defends EU (European Union) Budget Balancing and EU Commission President Barosso set the limits to avoid bankrupcy for the EU (European Union). He believes it is not a way to solve the EU (European Union) Crisis.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel showed her frustrations as she was slammed for Austerity measures in Southern Europe.
