CHINESE GOVERNMENT APPROVES OF NEW RAILWAY DEPARTMENT

The Chinese Government approves the New Railway Department as China is emerging to become one of the world's leading Railway user. The main function of the New Railway Administration was to manage all the railways on the National level. 

This Includes from Beijing due North to Hei Long Jiang, South to Guangzhou and others, East to Shanghai, and West to the High Lands of Qinghai and Tibet. The Department was successfully establish under the order of CPC (Communist Party of China).
