NORTH RAIL PROJECTS COMES TO AN END

Phiippine Local North rail project came into a halt as China ceased to give funds for the North Railway Project. The Discussion between Mar Roxas and the Chinese official came to a disaster due to political tension between China and the Philippines.

Mar Roxas went back to the Philippines empty handed and thus resulting to worsening the Chinese and Philippine diplomatic relation. But despite the failure. President Noynoy said that the Philippines will not worsen more the Philippine Chinese relations because he knows Philippines is highly dependent of Chinese Economy and its government to survive.
