US NAVAL CHIEF OF OPERATIONS FLIES BACK TO WASHINGTON WITH NO RESULT

US Naval Chief of Operations had flew back to US with no result as entasked to him by Washington. He was ignored too just like Kerry in Moscow. US was directly slapped in the face. 

Beijing knows US is behind the waste paper decision of Hague Arbitual Tribunal and He was sent for a reason. China out of being disrespected by US Ignored and let its representative go back to Washington empty handed.
