GATCHALIAN AND PICHAY HAS HDO TO AVOID ESCAPING

Gatchalian and Pichay with known Ill Gotten Wealth is now given the Democratic HDO (Hold Departure Order) to avoid them to escape Justice by flying out of the country.

Gatchalian and Pichay had been involved in different anomalies of Ill gotten wealth for serving under the Philippine Democratic Government. They will be facing Democratic Charges filed by the Duterte Administration.
