BDO CLOSES DEAL WITH NOMURA ASIA INVESTMENT PTE LTD

BDO (Banco De Oro) has closed a deal with Nomura Asia Investment Pte Ltd for a joint venture in PCIB Securities Inc.

BDO will own 51% of the total shares in the Joint Ventures and Nomura Asia Investment Pte Ltd will own 49%. Mr Koichi Katakawa will be the President for Nomura Asia Investment Pte Ltd. BDO Nomura will initially provide an Online Trading srvices for local stocks to Individuals.
