PHILIPPINE DEMOCRATIC OIC POLICE CHIEF ESPINA RESIGNS FROM POSITION DUE TO DISMAY TO THE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT

Philippine Democratic OIC (Officer In Charge) Police Chief Espina Resigns as Police Chief due to dismay and disappointment from the Philippine Democratic Government failures and illness. Espina said he can no longer take the Illness of the Philippine Democratic Government and it is useless to become a high ranking official with all these hooligans. 

He resigned on 14th of April 2015 and silently moved out of Office. He was very disappointed to the Philippine Democratic Government and also to the entire Democratic Police Force. However denials the Office of the Democratic Government Espina himself told us he was very disappointed and never wanted to be a part of a worthless and useless Philippine democratic Government. 

A type of Government with no future at all and also some Filipinos to no future. He was also disgruntled by the Special treatment to Purisima despite the crimes and the violations he had committed. Along with the Hooligans working together to feed and oppress on the Filipino People.
